Beyond the content itself, I structured the quiz for seamless implementation by the web development team, mapping scoring logic, outcome pathways, and personalized recommendations. Rather than assigning users a grade, the experience delivers descriptive feedback and curated resources tailored to their responses and connects audiences with relevant SHRM tools and solutions in a way that feels genuinely helpful rather than promotional.
