Developed a thought leadership article that debuted previously unpublished SHRM research and introduced the HR Excellence (HRX) Functional Maturity Model as a new framework for evaluating and advancing HR impact. I translated original research findings into an executive-focused narrative designed to position the framework as a new industry standard for HR leaders navigating the future of the function. I collaborated directly with the researchers behind the study to ensure accuracy, incorporate expert perspectives, and bring the research to life through strategic storytelling.
